Board of Directors
The Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District is governed by a three-member Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for setting policy, overseeing the District’s finances, and ensuring that public infrastructure and services are planned, constructed, and operated in the best interests of the community. All meetings of the Board are open to the public in accordance with Colorado law, and residents are encouraged to attend and participate.

Chair
Duayne Tomlinson
Duayne Tomlinson serves as Chair of the Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District Board of Directors. In this role, he presides over Board meetings, helps set meeting agendas, and works closely with District consultants to ensure that the District’s long-term plans and day-to-day operations remain aligned with the priorities of property owners and residents.
Duayne is a second-generation Colorado native who has lived on the eastern plains for over 50 years. He grew up working on farms and ranches in the community, including his own family’s operation, and later owned and operated a successful family business for more than a decade before moving into real estate. Throughout his career, Duayne has been known for his straightforward approach to doing business, his professionalism, and his commitment to the community he calls home.

Treasurer
Morgan Tomlinson
Morgan Tomlinson serves as Treasurer of the Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District. She works with the District’s accountants, financial advisors, and bond counsel to oversee budgets, financial reporting, and long-range capital planning, with a focus on transparency and fiscal responsibility.
Born and raised on the eastern plains of Colorado, Morgan brings an extensive understanding of rural Colorado life and community values. She has worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant and as an Equine Veterinary Technician, roles that developed her compassion, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. Morgan is very active in the Colorado rodeo community and spent seven years with the Pikes Peak Rangerettes. Her combination of practical experience and community involvement helps guide the District’s financial decisions on behalf of current and future residents.

Secretary
Alex Kuhnke serves as Secretary of the Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District Board of Directors. In this role, he is responsible for keeping accurate minutes, maintaining official records, and helping ensure that meeting notices and agendas are clear, timely, and accessible to the public in accordance with Colorado law.
Alex is a real estate investor and graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, where he earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He got his start in real estate as a financial partner in Phoenix-based syndications, gaining firsthand experience in large-scale acquisitions and rehab projects.
That foundation led to a broader focus on real estate operations, including rental properties in Oklahoma and land development in Colorado. Today, Alex leads projects like a 40-acre community in Colorado Springs and a 760-acre family-led residential development in Peyton.
With an eye for detail and a practical, engineering-minded approach, Alex brings thoughtful planning to every project he takes on. Outside of work, he enjoys country living and DIY projects, including turning part of his home into a custom-built office space.

Director/Board Member
Ryan Bennett serves as a Director for the Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District Board of Directors. He works in consumer lending and financial services in the Colorado Springs area and brings a practical perspective on budgeting, customer service, and responsible financial decision-making. Ryan’s focus is clear communication, follow-through, and helping the District operate in a transparent and organized way for current and future residents.

Ryan works in consumer lending and financial services in the greater Colorado Springs area, specializing in helping members improve their financial quality of life. His experience includes roles as a Consumer Lending Team Lead and Specialist at Ent Credit Union, as well as previous positions as a personal banker and loan assistant with several local banks and mortgage companies. Ryan earned his education in Business Administration and Management at Pikes Peak State College. His background in banking, lending, and customer service brings a strong financial and analytical perspective to the Board’s work, along with a focus on clear communication and service to the community.
